This means that you can request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

the plugin does not work as described,

we are not able to fix the issue within a reasonable time,

or you simply decide that you do not want to continue using the Pro version.

3. Technical issues
If you request a refund because something does not work, we may first ask you for information that helps us understand and fix the problem.
This may include:

screenshots,

error messages,

list of active plugins,

theme name,

hosting information,
-
temporary access to your website or staging website, if needed.
If the issue is caused by our plugin and we are not able to fix it within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund.
4. What happens after a refund
After a refund is issued:

your Pro license will be deactivated,

you will lose access to Pro features,

you will lose access to Pro updates,

you will lose access to Pro support,

you must stop using the Pro version of the plugin.
You may continue using the free version of the plugin, if a free version is available.
A refund does not give you the right to keep using the paid Pro version.
5. Refunds after 7 days
Refund requests sent after 7 days from the purchase date are generally not accepted.
However, we may still review the request individually if:

the payment was charged incorrectly,

there was a duplicate payment,

the product was not delivered,

there is a serious issue caused by our plugin that we cannot fix.
6. Subscriptions and renewals
If the product is sold as a subscription, the subscription renews automatically according to the billing cycle shown during checkout.
You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.
If you cancel your subscription, you may lose access to:

7. Renewal refunds
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless:

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want it to renew.
8. Lifetime licenses
If a product is sold as a lifetime license, the 7-day money-back guarantee still applies from the purchase date.
After 7 days, lifetime license payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless there is a serious issue caused by our plugin that we cannot fix.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the specific product, not the lifetime of the customer, website, WordPress, business or any third-party service.
9. Payment method
Approved refunds are usually made using the original payment method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card providers or payment processors.
Refunds may not include currency conversion costs, bank fees or payment provider fees unless required by law.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend your license, account, access to updates and support until the dispute is resolved.
We reserve the right to provide order, payment, license and access records to the payment provider to respond to the dispute.
11. Digital products and access
Our products are digital products.
They may be delivered immediately after purchase by:

Because our products are digital, there is no physical return.
If a refund is issued, access to the paid version and related services will be disabled.
